For those who will be making Spring Chilean wine, please begin to think about any needs you may have in your cellar for additional supplies - including carboys. In making wine across multiple seasons, you may find that fall wine should still remain in bulk storage and so carboys that are normally available from year to year are not. If that is the case, we will have additional carboys in stock - you can never have too many!
