Here we are again...The Big One - the Fall Winemaking Season is coming upon us. For those who have kept to date with news - especially out of California, it has been an interesting year with early frosts, heat during crop set, increased winery and international demand, and fuel costs that have made freight even more challenging. We've tracked all these items with our grower and packer partners and through all of this we are simply giddy over what we are about to bring you this Fall Season.

We've worked diligently to address concerns from earlier in the year, weather has cooperated during the most critical phase of the season, and we are set to bring grape offerings to you that are simply unparalleled. Consider fresh grape, juice, and frozen must from the following areas: Napa, Mendocino, Paso Robles, Amador, Suisun Valley, Clements Hills, Lodi, Central Valley, Washington State, New York State, and Italy.

We will be offering wine grapes during the first week of September and the season will run a good six weeks with grapes from some of the best wine growing areas rolling in. Furthermore, we are anticipating a season culminator with the first ever offering of Fresh Italian grapes and DOCG certified grapes from the Piedmont and Tuscan regions of Italy.

This 2008 Fall Season, we are simply taking your Winemaking options to a whole new level. It is so exciting!

With all these superb grape offerings, we want to make sure you get the grapes you want. So, we are carrying forward our practice from the last Fall and Spring season are asking for winemakers to pre-order their grapes. That doesn't mean we are not supporting walk-in sales, but it is our way of providing the opportunity for us to ensure you get the grapes you want.

On the business development front, we are increaslingly looking at ways to get quality products to customers outside of our immediate vicinity and have been very successful at doing so through various shipping and product offerings. Our ability to deal in volume and provide logisitical support has also provided us with an opportunity to support other businesses within the industry who share a common vision for the level of quality we wish to offer end consumers. One outcome of that ability is the formation of strategic partnerships that include M&M handling Eastern U.S. distribution for Mosti Mondiale. Other strategic partnerships will be announced shortly, but will lend themselves to customers (wholesale or retail) being able to purchase all the quality products they need from one supplier.

For regular updates on this season's offerings and harvest status check back with juicegrape.com regularly - links to this information can be found right on the homepage.

Whether you are a winery or winemaker, we are excited to have you consider us for your winemaking needs and to be able to support you in all your winemaking efforts. Cheers!
